To ensure the high quality standard of our products, our experienced team monitors every step – from harvest to bottling.
All MANI olive oils are cold extracted and meet the highest requirements of the "extra virgin" grade. Our quality criteria go far beyond legal requirements. MANI offers a variety of table olives that are hand-picked and naturally debittered. They convince with their unadulterated taste and are processed without preservatives. Even during further processing, we place great value on gentle methods to preserve the full flavor and valuable ingredients.
